I'm trying to get my heartrate and adrenalin levels back to normal after the last episode of Heroes (series 1).

I've really enjoyed watching this season; I've enjoyed the complex interweaving plotlines, the big ensemble cast, the character development, the guess-the-power games, the sudden twists. And of course the cliffhangers. I keep guessing the plot twists about a minute before All Is Revealed, which I think is exactly what the scriptwriters want me to do.

It's also been a pleasure to watch this with Tony, a highlight of the week to sit up late together and watch the latest episode and revel in all its twisty glory, and speculate wildly afterwards.

I hope next series, when it eventually arrives on Freeview, is as good.
